Place:
Sitting on our boat dock looking across the lake in Windermere, Central Florida
Food:
Thai Red Chicken Curry from Busaba Eatthai, London
Film:
Crash
Word:
Idiosyncrasy
Hobby:
Cooking Indian food whilst singing really loudly to my favorite songs (at this point my family usually retreats!).

Most inspirational book that I have read:
Callings; Finding and following an authentic life by Greg Levoy
The reason why I became a coach:
The variety, the people, the results! Nothing else comes close.
My personal secret to happiness is:
Be yourself with wild abandon! If you don't, who else will?
The thing people would be surpised to know about me is:
I always secretly wanted to be a Bond Girl. :-)
My greatest challenge to date:
Climbing the mountain back to health after a serious health issue.
My 3 word philosophy on life:
Take yourself lightly.
The best piece of advice I have been given:
My Auntie Winnie (everyone should have an Auntie Winnie!) told me that the best things in life aren't things...so don't get caught up in chasing them, she said life was all about people. At the time all I wanted was a new red bicycle, so it took me some time to land for me...I got the bike, and soon grew out of it and through her wisdom began to develop my curiosity in people.
My proudest moment:
Graduating top of my class in my Master of Arts degree, following a slow recovery from serious health issues.
I couldn't live without:
Fresh, intoxicating air.

No pressure. No diamonds. Mary Case
